HOW DOES IT WORK?

Fill out Submission Form Request with your contact information.

Choose your desired package: Individual ($85) or Group/Event ($150).

We will respond to verify your request, provide additional information, and provide you with a link for payment once approved.

Collect and prepare the required content according to the guidelines provided. We will provide you with questions for your Q&A to answer and send back to us.

Once content is supplied, we will begin work on assembling your magazine issue. We will work with you along the way to capture everything you would like to include.

When issue is assembled, we will send you a proof of the pages for you to review, note changes to be fixed, and approve.

Once approved, we will finalize the issue, set it up, and provide you with final files, links and other necessary information to complete your order.
IMPORTANT INFO
REQUIREMENTS & GUIDELINES
- Customer must be able to collect and provide CCM with the following content:
o Minimum of 24 high-resolution images for best print quality.
o Any logo and graphic files the customer may like to include. Custom made graphics may require Add-On Design Service Fee.
o Names/Social Media Handles of photographers and individuals within photos for proper crediting
o Image release form for all parties involved (via screenshot of approvals or signed CCM Image Release Form)
o Provide a brief summary about yourself and your cosplay history for us to generate questions from for the Q&A section
o Additional content that you would like to include.
- Collection of content is the responsibility of the customer and should be provided via email or link (Dropbox, Google Photos, Wetransfer, etc)
- Photos may not contain nudity.
- Photos may not contain minors under the age of 18 without written consent from parents.
- Additional fee may be included for international customers to help offset increased shipping costs.
- Recommended photo files should be at 300ppi for the highest quality printing. Low resolution images that are pixelated, dark, and blurry may cause overall quality issues in final print.
