PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES BELOW

IN ORDER FOR YOUR PHOTOS TO BE CONSIDERED:

 

You can submit 3-6 photos. We need high resolution digital photographs in order to print with the Best Quality with no visible pixelation. Low resolution images may be rejected. We do ask for photos that are taken with professional qualities in mind.

DO NOT submit screenshots of photos from Instagram or other social media. 

Cosplayers provide us with the name that the you want printed in the magazine.

Written/Digital permissions from each professional photographer via social media screen shot or photography release to submit photos to Creative Cosplays for print or online publishing. (Release forms should not contain restrictions for publishing).

Not needed if taken by a friend, family, or photographers that don't need or want credit.

If you are not sure if you need permission, better to be on the safe side and ask anyway.

 

NOTE that you are responsible for acquiring any permissions required by individuals in submitted content or photographers involved in content. Address the IMAGE RELEASE page for information.
 

Photographers - Add the names of the cosplayers in the photos. Social media names.

Photographers - If you have a logo that you'd like to be visible in your showcase, please upload your logo file along with your photos. A png or vector format with transparent background is ideal. Due to the space available, photos may be cropped as needed and logos in the photo may be cropped out.

File Sizes: The maximum size should be limited to 10MB per file on our form below or up to 20MB per file if you send through Dropbox to CreativeCosplaysMag@gmail.com

(remember, large files are harder to transport)
Scanned photos need to be scanned at 300dpi for print quality.

If files are too large and require a Dropbox link, you are still required to fill out the form.

 

Contest Entries: Everyone that submits will automatically be considered into our seasonal contests. Because the winners will receive a full page feature, we ask that submissions are of the highest quality. Pixelation and clarity issues may lessen your chances of winning. To avoid a popularity contest through voting, Creative Cosplays will choose the winners as fairly as possibly. Photos will be judged on photo quality, work and effort put into your cosplay, and creativity. 

For Advertisers and Creators please follow guidelines shown on the ADVERTISING page for design layouts. Please attach your finished file to your submission form below.

DIY Tutorial Submissions - For those submitting their own tutorials to be featured, please be sure to include the following within your submission form: Name of tutorial, links to online sources if needed, list of materials required, list of step by step instructions, photos to show process.

TO ALL SUBMITTERS - Please double check spelling and grammar issues when filling out form. We will try to catch problems when we see them, but are not responsible for any incorrect information that you provide. Proofs will go out before issue is released for Submitters to review before going to print.

Tear Sheets

We send out tear sheets within the first 48 hours post release date of each issue. You are allowed to post your tear sheet(s) on your websites and or social medias with proper tagging.

*We do not accept nude, obscene, or discriminatory photographs.
Final decision for submissions is sole discretion of the editors.

*You must have parents permission if you are under the age of 18.

*Children under the age of 16 are no longer being allowed to be showcased in our magazine.

 - Our storage capacity is limited. Due to high traffic and large image files, it may cause our storage to become too full to accept submissions until we make room for more.
